Complete CGD powder (the primary supplement system): How Crested Geckos Use It
Frequency
Every feeding, 3–4x per week
Role
A quality commercial CGD (Pangea, Repashy) already contains balanced calcium, D3, protein, and vitamins formulated specifically for this species — it functions as both food and supplement simultaneously, which is unusual among popular reptile pets and simplifies supplementation considerably.

Calcium powder without D3 (for live insects only) is used dust any live insects offered, if offering them at all. Only relevant if supplementing the diet with live feeders.
Multivitamin powder is used generally unnecessary if feeding a quality complete cgd consistently. Most keepers relying on CGD as the diet base don't need a separate multivitamin — over-supplementing on top of an already-complete diet risks vitamin A and D3 excess.
